The share price held quite well today @ 1c, I thought. New people coming onto the registry must like what they see coming up for the company, and may be buying in for the in-specie shares in the new company, as well as holding Mt Bevan- at least for the interim. Everyone loves an in-specie (much better than flogging off parts of the company and making holders apply for them through a "priority place" in an IPO, which I think is a rip-off).

I do reckon there might be something afoot, but I reckon it is probably a good thing, whatever it is. Also, being cashed up is the best form of defence (as well as a good share price). Having said that, HAW did have to raise capital for its share in Mt Bevan, so this raising was inevitable.
