Perhaps the reason no one's mentioned it is because no one else defined it as a double bottom. The lows were 22.2 points off each other. I would allow a few points, but 22.2 is too many for me.
I'd call it a marginal or false break of prior low setting up a fast trend up.
I guess like Martis and I and our differing views as to the definition of a bullish flag (both of us can be right in our own mind about what is a bullish flag), you and I have different definitions of a double bottom. It has worked the same as one, so perhaps my definition is too restrictive.
Thanks for the other commentary as I learned about targets there which is certainly an area I need to work on.
