Sorry you missed the point. In the comparison I made a while ago a bottom end unit in one of the Japanese high rises which was not much bigger than a master bedroom in most Australian houses was basically the equivalent price to a unit here in Adelaide. So by comparison of prices to the Japanese market our house prices don't look so bad!

So, and here everyone's desire apparently is to live in the inner city as the outer suburbs are so undesirable (at least to most bears here).
