Just came back (to Amsterdam) from the lunch with Chris Cairns and Peter Ironside and to describe it in one word; fantastic. Anyways, almost 00:00 here, time for my bed. Tomorrow afternoon, for you thats in the early morning, i will write a report with the answers to (most) of the above questions then and probably a little bit more.
