If we assume that overtures have been made for a takeover... would they sit on their hands and wait for this "gentlemans agreement" to come to fruition? or do they build as much value into CPL as they can by fast-tracking production, increase resource & consolidate landholding?
Takeover or not...management have only 1 course of action IMO. If a predator makes an offer then this would need to reflect the increasing value being built into the company. The longer this takes to occur, the higher the value as the discount on blue sky value is gradually removed. If not then we are well along the path to production.
This fixation with a takeover is fascinating though.
