It's probably more a case of this market being unlike any beast you've dealt with before, as opposed to AVB specifically....I imagine there are shareholders in hundreds of other stocks who are feeling as frustrated as we are

I guess the pertinent question is whether the stock is undervalued relative to what they have found so far. I will leave that to posters far more knowledgeable on the subject than I am
