SWOT = Simply WithOut Target

I guess that's the ARU management's interpretation of SWOT. At least they behave that way. If my nickname on the market would be "Mr. Safety" I would start thinking. Something is wrong. It doesn't sound like I get my business done. It sounds like I have no stamina, no backbone. And that is a killer in this position (and in final consequence damaging the shareholder's value).

I wonder what will be next. Just an extrapolation from the past: earlier LOIs went down the drain. I hope they don't ruin TK. A LOI is what it is. There are conditions which have to be fulfilled to develop a LOI to a binding contract. It's the ARU management's job to deliver. I hope they estimate the German mentality right. They dislike broken promises or delays. They love efficient work attitude and fast delivery. And they don't like lame excuses, like "the world economy is against us".
