cbio or c u latter

As a share holder that has been withh CBio for along time my confedence is waining. I first got in as $3.10 on private sale as my research showed a great potential product with a very positive share holder group. I have averaged out to 37c at the current time. We changed the board and now I feel a little concerned with the deathly quiet. Do we have a good product? If so where are the deals?
If the product is so good, at this price they could buy the hole company cheaper than doing a deal.
