Mr. Perrenial What I like about HER is there are only 51.4m shares on issue & no great swags of options to be excercised & thus to increase this no. of fully paids. When you take from this the no. held by the Board families & friends it doesn`t leave too many available & Its fair to assume that when the share price takes off you`ll have to pay a premium to pick them up. The fact that the Board has not had to raise money in the market for 9 years speaks heaps for their management skills & their parsimonious approach to blowing Coy. funds. I say go HER.
