I agree Magix, I don't think there will be a trading halt on Friday either.
The only time I could really see one occuring is on Tuesday our time so that they can delay the commencement of trade and make sure everyone has a chance to read the announcement and alter their buy/sell price accordingly.
The other scenario (which I don't think is as likely) is a trading halt the moment the location is revealed. But I don't really see how that would warrant one, unless they want to keep a lid on speculation about who our partners are, what state the plant is in and therefore what incentives we may be in line for.
