P1 needed GCN's IPTV and technology,

a deal was worked out and that was the payment Richard Li worked out

instead of paying these shares to the company they decided to distribute them to shareholders

the added benefit to P1 is that it satisfied the shareholder spread for listing

why didn't they raise money

they are, they will get money from an investor and you will see that very soon.,

no stock held?? well you had all this explained to you many times,

too late???

well it is a long way from 30 cents and that was based on a take up rate of 0.3% and another 20% discount and NO numbers from China
