s/p should be 7c+ before tranche 2 placement, page-24

Hi erichmj im assuming the placement was done to 1 party hense the average becoming relevant.....

No one would agree to a placement at 7 cents so it must be to the same party as why would you give one lot of shares to one group for 2 cents and another lot of shares to another group at 7 cents?? You wouldnt as the group receiving the shares at 7 cents would kick up a stink as another group is getting more shares at a much lower price.

The placement was deffenatly to one group they just done it in 2 tranches to try and make it sound like they were paying 7 cents when really the average they were paying was 3.7 cents.
