you guys are hilarious.... you are getting so excited about auction results in the current climate... why ???
there are many more private sales, than there are auctions...but you ignore those stats...for the private sales why ?
is it really prudent, if one wants to be informed, to only look at one side of the market...at only one area...rather than the whole market...????

I suggest you take a holistic approach and look at the bigger picture...
**** have a close look at these stats.... it shows the total sales for the year...and the % sold at auction...whoa only 30% of all sales were by auction for 2010 *warning...do not look at the median house prices...or the increase each year...
