You are truly a generous person like others on this thread contributing so much and helping so many people create wealth and helping protect them by telling us your observations on why you think its good value or bad.

I myself with quite a few others were burnt about 3-4 years ago in an up and coming satelite company who ended up changing names, we new people in management of the company so it all seemed fine, we had never met a more "trustworthy" person ceo, who cleaned out the lot of us, including his own workers! , they lost all their wages and were left with shares that were worth peanuts. It basically was run by 2 senior people who had checkered pasts and turned over lower management every 12-18months. They were brilliant at giving announcements and building hype, the best marketing team i have seen.

What happened later shows you what a small world it is, we had a really good friend who was dating a guy from melbourne, his dad was the ceo of that same company and he bragged how his family on sold good assets from the company and how they just issued shares for everything from employee wages to creditors and it just didnt stop. They would pump it up and do a cap raising.

She then found out that they were scheming to launch something the following 2 years, something that they new they would never really launch, they were going to get lots of deals with out clauses in contracts, but on paper they would look good and push share price up. I couldnt believe what i was hearing, i swore from that day onwards that i would never invest in a company that any directors had a chequred past doesnt matter how good it seemed, doesnt matter how much they cried its all in the past we have changed, it just isnt worth the gamble. Thats my bad luck storey.
