I emailed GTM last week, as we are supposed to be kept fully informed as shareholders and I would say we are being treated like mushrooms "kept in the dark and fed on ...."

I received the following reply last night, basically tell us very little but I doubt there will be an announcement to day.

"May I assure you that the statements made in our recent announcements
regarding finalisation of the transaction on which we are currently
working, and the anticipated time for lifting of our voluntary
suspension have, in each case, been made in good faith.



Third parties who are involved in the negotiations, which regrettably
are taking longer than we all anticipated.



The voluntary suspension was sought to minimise volatility in the market
whilst these negotiations have been in progress.



We appreciate the frustration of our shareholders but hope you will
understand that until we finalise this matter, it would be premature,
and possibly misleading, to make any further incomplete announcements. "
