4 to 1 recon occurred.
I believe they are a good buy at 2.4 to 2.8c-as with the potential settlement of MMX say $25m minimum--Grimaldi claim still outstanding of at least simialar size- potential to have $40 to $50m cash ==say around 8 to 10c cash--on the upside, 4c cash on the downside.
My thoughts only--no advise.
Puntman, the mistake was by a director whom controls several other public companies, as you will well know---maybe you should have a go at all these companies as well.
Lets see the percentage rises or falls of both CHM---0.024-- and MMX----0.39--- over the coming weeks
