I suppose it had nothing to do with easy credit,speculation and greed.
The reasons for property falling or stagnating long term outweigh the upside 10 fold,if you believe otherwise pull your head out of the sand and take off the rose coloured glasses.
It aint the end of the world but the next few years will certainly not be easy.
