Been out all day.

OK I am willing to take all the RUBBISH you want to dish out. I am still holding and will continue to hold.

Talk on the street is that we are now looking at next week.
Rumour has it that:

∑ they have picked up additional property;

∑ the DD has been completed;

∑ the delay seems to be due to finalizing the agreement. This delay is understandable IMHO. It seems that it may be due to drafting an agreement that is in both English and Spanish and that the interpretation needs to be accurate and correct in all details. Hence there have probably been many revisions which would explain the delay;....

For those that want to sell that is good and for those that want to wait that is good too. Makes no difference to me. Everyone has to make their own decisions.
