Much of what has been said on the gcn threads does not add up to the way I read the P1 valuation announcement.
Altho I dont know a lot about this company I read the annoucement as saying that p1 and gcn have entered into two agreements of 40% each to support p1,s business.
How does p1,s value have anything to do with gcn then?
Does gcn own a percentage of p1 such as shares or is it only eligible holders that will get shares in p1?,if so I would think the sp is way to high.
