1. this property is supported by Mez where we pay 10% in interest p.a.
2. Soon is time to refinance and this tipe of property (hotel) is not in core mix .
3. Yes, Share price is depressed but we go fororganized wind up.
4. there were some other risk with this property..
I can be badly wrong as well.
not the worst move but we could not sell it for 2.5 yeats
now focus on what rate GJT can refinance
