Why would I have heart failure - I am a realist unlike many of the bears here. And I agree most of what you listed there is a complete waste of money.
I also agree that the stimulus brought forward demand - which in all reality should mean that we should pretty much be at the end of that brought forward demand period. After-all those that purchased because of the incentives would likely have had the intention of purchasing within 1 to 3 years.
