    You may be right, but it seems to me things always go for longer (booms and busts) or take longer (company achievements/failures) than you expect.
    Of course the overpriced boom situations are likely to bust, but with low interest rates and a probable continuation of falling stock market property could flourish for a while yet. A story in todays Adelaide Advertiser states that Adelaide topped the RE for the year, but still only 186k average price. For the full story
