    The gold price roughly matches inflation, at the moment it's way ahead.

    In 1900 gold was $19 USD, adjusted for inflation that is $491 USD today.

    I know I'll be wrong though and you'll be right, see my post above about people like you will never in a million years be convinced I could possibly be right.

    So I'm wrong you're right, OK?
