After initially logging into one of my two old CommSec accounts, I found a new page opened supplying me with my new 8 digit number. I then had to supply a new password, to which I thought I'd try using my old existing one,and after verifying it worked. Then another page opened and this time it was asking the 5-6 question and answers in the event of loss of ID number and or password. Once I completed these tasks I found it all worked.I have two CommSec accounts, to which I still retain their old ID account numbers, but instead of opening up two different accounts they are under the one umbrella of the new 8 digit login number. It's the same on the buy and sell page, a drop down box appears, select your desired account, then buy and sell, no need to close and opened web pages.
