Ah, My adage is Never say Never... what i mean is, Australia isnt unique, if you want 2 examples of 1982 & 1988 prices in the 2010 & 2011 from Europe I can provide these real world examples.. they happended, are reality, fact, irrefutable- likelihood in Australia of this phenomenum...
