Could be because of the astounding frequency of those making "optimistic comments", as you describe them (ramping is another word).
On an unrelated matter, somebody over on the SSI thread is filthy about SSI selling its 173.37 million shares of GCN shares at half a cent on 7th September.
On that day sales of GCN shares on market were at 1.9 cents.
As we know, GCN shares rocketed after that. I wonder whether those purchasers of GCN at half a cent are still holding.
