I must say that the decision by the board to proceed to de-list on December 15 is a surprise to me. They write that 4 days is not enough time to consider the offer, yet if they really believe that they can defer the de-listing and solve that problem?
Confused. If liquidity is an issue for investors maybe they will be forced to sell before December 15.
I am not selling at the moment.
