personally I doubt if there is material news at present - good or bad. I believe that will change very soon though.

I do have a question for all re. cre and i hope it doesn't derail the thread.

On the assumption that cre will finally be 100% fml -- there are at least 2 ways for that to happen.

Now that the offer is closed

assuming that fml get over 90% and then go on to compulsory acquisition -- how is the price set for those shares acquired?

Also - if cre is delisted and then compulsory acquired - is the price set by the same mechanism? if not - how?
