Personally i'm disapointed, nay, horrified.

A 5% fee ie. discount to 20 cents is 19.5 cents, when the shares are trading at 29 cents.

It's shameful that pattersons could even ask for 5%, let alone get it.

The underwriting should have been at 25 cents.

PXG should have self underwritten and then onsold to pats at 25 cents.

And then there's the problem with Pats not supporting the companies it charges fees of..
