Based on the announcement I'm guessing that Allied's move to place additional people on the TAM Board has led to a significant and ultimately terminal disagreement between GS and the rest of the incumbent Board. Most significant question right now is why do Allied want these seats on the Board? My guess is they're getting ready to acquire something, maybe ABM Resouces. Just thinking...
