I'm using Prorealtime which is good for EOD and Paritech Pulse for the numbers. I'd like to improve my intraday stuff so I thought I'd try PhoenixA1 mainly for the intraday charts and scanning options but for the MACD and stochastics I dont know the best set up parameters to put in ie. long and short term smoothing factors, term periods etc. would have any ideas about what I should start these with?
Do these factors change when using for intraday as compared to daily or weekly charts?
