less than an hours drive from Albury, (on the Nsw/Vic border).... no mining activites....it is a farming area, along the Murray River... close to the Hume Highway...the main Sydney to Melb drag all bargain based properties have been in the same vicinity, ie within the radius of an hours drive from/to Albury, other family members have purchased near Wangaratta, about 2 hours to Melbourne one hour to the snowfields etc choose any small town around that area, to find the bargain priced houses
