SkyNetGlobal teams with General Property Trust, Jones Lang LaSalle, DBRREEF at Australia Square SYDNEY 9 June 2005 – SkyNetGlobal Limited, listed on ASX (“SKG”) in Sydney and on AIM (“SKN”) in London, has launched a new broadband service with two of Australia’s premier property owners, General Property Trust (GPT) and DB RREEF Funds Management (DBRREEF), to provide a low-cost wireless solution for smaller companies operating in office towers.
GPT and DBRREEF made Sydney’s prestigious Australia Square the launch property for the new service. The building is a Sydney landmark, with 43 floors and more than 100 commercial tenants. The wireless broadband service is accessible to all tenants on a secure network. Pricing has been set at A$767 per month for a top-end, 2 MB line with unlimited downloads, or A$220 per month for up to 10 GBs of downloads. No set-up fees will be included. Australia Square is managed by the Asset Management Services division of Jones Lang LaSalle. GPT is Australia’s largest diversified listed property trust.
“Businesses will not only get the wireless broadband service in their offices, they will have access to a range of complementary wireless automation services, as well as an Internet-enabled hotspot in the downstairs plaza area.”
