You are right on the money with regards to site location. In doing some research/trying to find out where the plant was going to be located last night, I came to the conclusion that the plant should be in Kentucky. Well when I woke this morning to see this, I am very very happy!

"Identification of in excess of 350,000 tonnes per annum of salt slag and black dross within an economic radius of the plant site"

Potential of in excess of 350ktpa is what they have achieved by selecting this site. 250ktpa will be smashed IMO. From one of the news articles, it was mentioned that their could be an additional 50 jobs added on top of the 30 already announced.

Rail access is confirmed which will bring in this 350ktpa+.

I really liked this part,

'Further benefits possible via Tennessee Valley Authority, both from Valley Investment Initiative and possible low interest financing through the Economic Development Funds facility'

So there are still more benefits available that are not announced and the availability of cheap funding through the Economic Development Funds faciliity.

This is looking good.
