    WHY DO PLACEMENT BEFORE URANIUM LEASE RENEWED

    looks like they want to take advantage higher share price

    if they were confident bt getinng uranium
    leases wouldnt they just wait to get stock up a lot higher\
    this STOCK IS A DOG
