From what I saw a "lot of action but not much happening". Totally agree they need to cut costs. As for HGNV whilst in WA we tend to think 1-2m (average) quartz veins, Ballart is a classical saddle reef and where the saddle is (ie in the fold hinges) widths can be 10m+.
The saddle position is where the better grades are but there are also lodes on the limbs of the folds and these tend to be alot narrower.
Both systems should be stoped with minimal dilution. The boys here are mining as much waste (if not more) than ore thus excessive dilution and low-grade. Plough what they said was they had to feed a mill with fixed costs and LG ore is better than no ore. IMO ore is not ore unless you make money!
Gents I 100% agree with you this should be run as a smaller operation.
