There is much merit in what you say, if the board wants to demonstrate confidence in the Company, now is the time to buy shares and show how much confidence they have, a good time for the Board to increase their holdings at this price too.
Do I think they will, I doubt it.
Sad, very sad, as it will send the wrong message.
