Hi gobsmacked47, pepita is a company representative and will only be called in here - perhaps - on a specific question about a report. Once the MD used his nick to answer a Q as well. Voters responded very well to the input, very enthusiastic.
The green tick is the symbol that indicates a company rep. You can click on any symbol with your mouse button and it will take you to a page that explains all this stuff. Hope that helps.
