Disco Stu, I am suprised to see you are still holding PRR now. I thought your bottom line is 16c.
Anyway, the bot is trying hard to bring the price down from 16c to 15.5c today @ close. However the bot is not always only drag the price down. Some day in the past few days, the bots were pushing share price up. Therefore I still hold my thought that some one wants to stablise the share price @ the current level & quietly accumulating.
I am with Disco Stu, share price should hold this level IMHO
