If the receivers get their mits on it, the rest will sell for worse margins. But I wonder what the return to investors would be in a wholesale market.
The legal case will be based on what is required to satisfy the contract. Something I have no idea about. But I do know that the stock is becoming cheaper and cheaper against the asset value, but also with a greater risk to be sold at a loss.
Anyone looking to buy these properties will now wait for the court case in order to buy from the receivers.
