Unbelievable two moves to raise capital this calendar year effectively doubling the size of the registry & no opportunity for PYCOA unless buying on market.

Remains on track ? or has continued to stretch out this time frame ? Didn't it remain on track for end of calender year & then end of financial year and finally 2012/2013. I don't doubt it's coming at some point, but please choice of words "Remains on track" ? ? ? lol
