our neighbour URZ has a $5 target price (not that is means much lately.... but maybe one day), and currently URZ are at about $1.80.
so almost triple what its now. this also lines up with the 8-9 cent mark with PEN.
now for the U price to get to $100 per pound and make them worth more than that
