Hey qben, it will be 1 for 1, I had asked that around the AGM time. Though what we will have to look out for is if they do a capital raising at the time of listing, this is the unknown catch and the question would be if we as retail holders get to take part? It's no use asking about this as the structure of the demerger isn't complete from my understanding so we wont know how or if they intend to raise or which exchange it will be listed on etc etc. I'm sure there is some kind of framework done but the finer points will be worked out after they complete the current fundraisings.

One thing I notice is that they have flagged in recent documents that part of these (current) funds raised are for:

Corporate transaction expenditure (spin out and listing of Alchemia Oncology)

So maybe we wont get tapped??
