There was a question on hostile takeover risk, which was feared once PRR would be listed on the Nasdaq.
MR advised that this type of takeover can happen even in Australia and the best protection is a strong share price which is something Prima's management is obviously working on maintaining although the equities space has not been favourable over the past few months. MR also said that PRR is a medium to long term investment and regardless of the share price today, the focus is on achieving milestones, ticking the boxes...
