I don't know who Stephen Mayne is, but I get your drift Matt. No doubt like many of you, I'm not that confident spruking some of the legal stuff that Phillip K has been posting or the stuff about wharehousing shares etc. (I'm a bitter and twisted Geologist) but i stand to loose a fair nit of my hard earned here.
So I have fired off an email to the FIRB and a complaint to ASIC asking them to look closely at the history and legitimacy of this takeover. I was very polite and didn't make any accusations that I was not 100% with.
My context was that I'm an Aussie investor that's potentially getting screwed over by less than above board dealings and that the authorities aforementioned should at least have more than a pre-cursory look into this TO.
My point is - there is one post above that has over 1000 views - if 1000 of you took the time I just did (and it wasn't that much, the authorities might get the message.
I am not expecting them to do much but I 1000 complaints WILL get noticed. Also you'll need a bit of patience to report this issue to ASIC.
Hold out dudes.
