I wasnt the one who put that order but I guess its the same as someone putting in a buy order for 10c for a 1$ stock. will it get hit NOT UNLESS U R LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE THE LONE SURVIVER IN A PLANE CRASHING ON TOP OF A TSUNAMI. Does'nt mean U shouldnt try.
Good example I came across today
WEC traded all morning between 0.420-0.475...
Some lucky fella had an order for 4000 odd shares sitting in at 0.350 bang a few margin calls got hit people shat in their pants and he ended up buying the shares for a price which will remain the 52 week low for the next 52 weeks. PUN INTENDED......
