Beany their is no fued and you believe that to be true then your entitled to your opinion - I personally believe the J.V talks were to feed the chooks and keep the knives away while they continue to look after themselves and their mates.
The terms of the placements and sweeteners to Tulla are generous to say the least if the company assets are all they are purported to be bt management.
the PLV - s/p got to $1.35 then they sold 30% of the company at 35c - ( goodwork there ? not ! )
CDU have recently raised $200m at prices between $3.60 and $4 and will have over $200m in the bank with only 200m shares on issue.
CDU are placing 30m at $4 to M & G ( no free oppies )
QMN just placed 28m at 5.5c plus free oppies plus $100k cash plus steak knifes and a Xmas hamper.
QMN will have over half a billion shares and oppies on issue - ?
