Then VIL will survive. there "has got
to be" a plan B,in place involving FO % FP2 .
Failure is a dome and glum scenario!
Obviously VIL wouldnt want to
issue a plan B to the Gen Share holders
as it would be irrelevant when SD
flows 2000+ a day!.. here's Hoping
