    We need all the help we can get. I'm happy for Cusack to join the fight and tell it like it is. He doesn't like what's happening any more than we do.

    Cusack states that he doesn't think the directors appointed to assess the offer are independent and he doesn't think anyone is protecting the minority shareholders.
