Saturn ...yes I too have lived with some people in Ireland, Wales Other parts of the UK, and had some time in the USA in late 2007 & early 2008.
I have run out of idea's how to (effectively) convey the magnitude & effects of the property values demise & severity of credit crises & spreads in these countries.
some examples have been placed on this HC thread...but the majority (i think) on here cannot grasp how blunt the axe was on these RE markets..., the effected lives of so many & the potential time to recover,,,staggering... but deaf ears do not hear so well......
